This week, the BAS hangar is slam-packed with HOT airplanes. We have two big, high-tech aircraft - a Piper M600 and a Learjet 55 - plus a Mooney M20M TLS in the shop going through the disassembly process. The M600 is something we've done before, but it is still a beast of an airplane and takes significant time to disassemble properly. The Learjet 55 is the next step in our goal of acquiring more turbine-powered aircraft. The phone is already ringing for parts & components for both the Lear and the M600 so if you have a need, we suggest getting in touch sooner rather than later.

Mooney M20M TLS

The Mooney M20M TLS is a high-performance single-engine aircraft known for its speed, efficiency, and sleek design. This is not our first rodeo with the Piper M600. We disassembled one last year for parts and sold one as a project that was successfully repaired (under budget) and is back in service for its new owner - among the many, many other PA46 models we have disassembled over the years. This M600 was also damaged in a tornado in Omaha. It was not prop-struck, but the high winds pushed the aircraft around the tarmac.
